Work trips spend those credits first; anything outside their policy comes off your own balance instead of being refused. There is no second app to install. REQUEST A TIME, NOT JUST A RIDE Ask for the journey you actually need. A driver can accept it or propose a different time, and you decide whether that works. Requests stay open until a driver picks them up, so an early booking is not lost because nobody was online at that moment. WHY WE ASK FOR LOCATION Location is used to set your pickup point, to match you with riders travelling your corridor, and to show your driver's position during an active trip.
