ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE USAGE – PDF DETECTION FixPDF provides an optional PDF Detection feature that uses Android's Accessibility Service. When PDF Detection is enabled, FixPDF uses the Accessibility Service to detect when a PDF document is opened in another app. FixPDF accesses information provided through the Accessibility Service that is necessary to identify the opened PDF, such as the visible document or file name and other relevant information exposed by the Android Accessibility framework. This information is used to identify PDFs opened in other apps and to show a notification that allows you to quickly open the detected PDF in FixPDF. The Accessibility Service is used specifically for the PDF Detection feature and is not used for unrelated purposes. PDF Detection is optional. Users can choose whether to enable it and can disable the Accessibility Service at any time through their device's Accessibility settings.
