Full description
The PCOS app that does not guess. Every other cycle app predicts your next period. With PCOS they get it wrong, and then they tell you your period is fifty days late as though you had not noticed. This one never predicts. It shows you what your body actually did. See your own pattern Your last six cycles, side by side: 61, 45, 52, 38, 41, 34 days. The middle of the pack, the shortest, the longest, the spread. No projections, no fertile window invented out of an average you have never once hit. Test one change at a time Inositol. Metformin. Spearmint tea. Lower-GI eating. A walk after meals. Start an experiment, and the app takes a baseline from the history you already have and tells you up front how long that change usually needs — 8 to 12 weeks for most of them — so nothing gets written off at week two. Afterwards you get a plain before-and-after, with the caveat that belongs on it: this is an observation, not proof. Food, without a grade No calories and no letter score. One question per meal: did a fast carb turn up on its own? And if it did, what would have changed it. That is the whole model, and it is the one thing you can act on at the next meal. Notes for your appointment A two-page PDF of your cycles, symptoms, what you have tried and your lab results — testosterone, LH and FSH, HbA1c, fasting insulin, AMH, vitamin D, TSH. Built on your phone. It records what you entered and interprets nothing. Free, and actually free Unlimited logging, your full history, one experiment at a time, and a complete export whenever you want it. No trial, no card, no paywall in front of the thing you came for. Nothing you log is locked. What Pro is, said plainly $24.99 a year, or $3.99 a month. It adds lab results, the appointment PDF, and more than one experiment at once. There is no trial to forget about and no introductory price that triples later, cancelling takes one tap in the App Store, and if you cancel, every result you entered stays in the app and in your export. The price is on the second screen of the app, before it asks you a single question. Your data stays on your phone No account needed, and nothing is uploaded unless you ask for it. Backup, analytics and crash reports are three separate switches, all off until you turn them on. Export it or delete it whenever you like. PCOS Lab is for tracking and education. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace your doctor. What's new (1.0.0) First release. Cycle history without predictions, experiments with an honest before-and-after, meals judged by shape rather than by calories, lab results, an appointment PDF, and an export you can restore from. What's new (1.2.0) Pro is here, and it is the least aggressive version of a subscription we could build: lab results, the appointment PDF and several experiments at once, for $24.99 a year. Everything you log stays free, the exports stay free, and nothing you have already entered is ever taken away. Also: an optional account, an opt-in backup, and Turkish throughout.
