Through GoMedAid, users can: • Submit secure home care referrals • Connect directly with intake specialists • Access Medicaid waiver program information • Communicate with the PCHS care team • Track caregiver onboarding and documentation • Receive service updates and notifications GoMedAid specializes in Georgia Medicaid Waiver Programs including: CCSP (Community Care Services Program) SOURCE (Service Options Using Resources in a Community Environment) Additional Medicaid-based in-home support services Our mission is to help eligible patients remain safely and comfortably in their homes while supporting continuity of care between physicians, hospitals, dialysis centers, and social workers.
