## 1. Initial Login and Data Synchronization When the application is opened for the first time, the user will be directed to the **Login Screen**. Before logging in, the user must tap the **Sync Data** button. * Once synchronization is successfully completed, a confirmation popup will appear: **“All sync completed! .”** * The user must tap **OK** to continue. ## 2. First-Time Login and Password Setup The user can then enter the assigned username. **Username:** `MADUKA` After tapping the **Login** button, a notification will appear indicating that a new password is required. The user must tap **OK** and create a new password. * **New Password:** `abc123` * **Confirm Password:** `abc123` After entering both passwords, the user must tap **Update Password**. ## 3. Login with the New Password The user can log in again using the updated credentials: * **Username:** `MADUKA` * **Password:** `abc123` ## 4. Dashboard and User Profile The Dashboard provides access to the main application functions. The application includes a **Sidebar Drawer**, where the logged-in user's details are displayed. The drawer also contains a **Profile** button that allows the user to access their profile information. ## 5. Reset Type The application provides a **Reset Type** option. This option is used to select or change the stock-taking counting method: * **Annual** * **Random** The selected reset type determines how the stock-taking process will be performed. ## 6. Stock Taking The user can open the **Stock Taking** screen from the Dashboard. On this screen, the user can select the required stock-taking type: * **Annual** * **Random** For example, if the user selects **Annual**, the application will continue with the Annual stock-taking process. ## 7. Warehouse Selection After selecting the stock-taking type, the user must select a **Warehouse (W/H)**. For example: **Warehouse:** `BAZ` The warehouse selection is required before proceeding with the stock-taking process. ## 8. Item Search and Selection After selecting the warehouse, the user can tap the **Next** button. The application will then allow the user to search for an item. For example: **Item Number:** `107161` The user can search for the item and select it from the search results. After selecting the item, the application will display the relevant item details. ## 9. Batch Selection and Counted Quantity If the selected item has multiple batches, the user must select the appropriate **Batch**. The user must then enter the actual counted quantity. For example: * **Item:** 107161 * **Batch:** Required batch * **Counted Quantity:** Enter the physically counted quantity After entering the required information, the user taps the **Add** button. The item and counted quantity will then be added to the stock-taking entry list. ## 10. Review and Post Stock-Taking Entries After adding the items, the user can open the **Entry** screen to review the items that have been added. The Entry screen will display all stock-taking items that are ready for posting. The user can: * Select individual items. * Select all items using the **Select All** option. * Review the entered quantities. * Post the selected items. After the user taps the **Post** button, the selected stock-taking data will be submitted. Once posting is completed, the application will synchronize the posted stock-taking data with the **SAP server**. ## 11. Dashboard – Synced Items The Dashboard includes a **Synced Items** section. This section provides a history of stock-taking items that have already been successfully synchronized with the SAP server. ## 12. Dashboard – View Items The Dashboard also includes a **View Items** section. This section displays the available **master item data** that has been synchronized to the application. Users can view relevant item information without needing to perform a new synchronization each time.
