It does not buy, sell or convert bitcoin, and it does not hold rupees. WHERE YOUR MONEY LIVES Your balance is held on Spark, a layer built on top of Bitcoin. Every transfer is signed by you together with a group of operators, so that payments are fast and cheap. Lightning payments are carried by a service provider on that layer.
