Full description
Breathing Breath Ball Exercise - Improve your breathing pattern. Oxygen Care helps you to cope with Stress. It is surprisingly simple and takes only three steps: 1) Take yourself a few minutes of time. 2) Sit down comfortably. 3) Breathe in the rhythm of the Breathing Ball: ----> Inhale deeply into your belly while the ball gets bigger. ----> And exhale while the ball gets smaller. After three minutes you will notice a deep relaxation and inner calm. A state of mindfulness. Pranayama is the regulation of the Prana, or the life force. The oxygen atom is soaked with Prana, a subatomic particle charged with life energy. When we breathe in oxygen, we are breathing in life giving energy. This oxygen gets diffused in the lungs, then into the bloodstream, and carries the Prana throughout the body. It enters into every area—physical, vital, and mental. That is why correct breathing is so important. Breathing Exercises : Oxygen Care can strengthen the lungs and may be beneficial for reducing the impact of Co-virus before, during, and after it strikes. The main motive of this app is to optimize your breathing pattern to sync with less number of breaths, improving the oxygen carrying capacity of your lungs, and to achieve a better exhale ratio of carbon-dioxide. Breathing exercises get oxygen deep into the lungs, which helps you clear out mucus and other fluids. During recovery, breathing exercises work to strengthen the diaphragm, a major respiratory muscle located under the lungs. It can also help increase lung capacity, bringing much-needed oxygen into your bloodstream. Dirgha Deep breathing exercises also help you feel calm and relaxed, which may be beneficial for coping with long-term illness and recovery. Pre and Post exercise you can check the result with your oximeter to confirm your oxygen saturation level. How this app "Oxygen Care" works for you! Note: This app is not (oximeter or oxygen level tester) for testing your oxygen level (Measurement). But to improve your overall oxygen level through proper breathing exercise. * Scientific Research Proof * The Science of Breathing https://www.unm.edu/~lkravitz/Article%20folder/Breathing.html Effects of Diaphragmatic Breathing on Health https://www.mdpi.com/2305-6320/7/10/65/htm The Effect of Diaphragmatic Breathing on Attention https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5455070
