Payable SoundBox

PAYable Merchant is the companion mobile application for merchants using the PAYable SoundBox ecosystem. It provides merchants with a simple and convenient way to monitor their registered payment devices, track card and QR transactions, review transaction details, and manage essential merchant account functions directly from their mobile device. With PAYable Merchant, registered merchants can securely create an account using their Bank Code and registered mobile number, complete OTP verification, and access their merchant account using mobile number and password authentication. The app supports merchants operating one or multiple PAYable devices. From the Main Dashboard, users can select and switch between their registered devices and access transaction information relevant to each device. Securely log in and reset forgotten passwords through OTP authentication. • Multi-Device Management View all PAYable devices registered under your merchant account and easily switch between devices. • Real-Time Dashboard Monitor key transaction information for the selected device, including today's transaction count, transaction volume, QR transactions, pending and void transaction counts, and amount to settle. • Open Transactions View unsettled card transactions and open QR transactions associated with the selected device. • Transaction History Review card and QR transaction history with convenient filters such as date range, card type, currency, transaction status, and terminal. • Detailed Transaction Information Access transaction-level information including transaction references, invoice numbers, card details in masked format, terminal information, QR references, and transaction status. • Digital Receipts Send transaction receipts directly to customers via SMS or Email from the transaction detail screen. • Merchant Profile View registered merchant account information and securely change your login password. PAYable Merchant is designed to give merchants greater visibility and convenience when managing their PAYable SoundBox operations. Whether managing a single device or multiple merchant locations, the app provides easy access to important payment information from one mobile application. The application is available to registered PAYable merchants with an active merchant account and at least one active PAYable terminal.
