Pawmark: Pet Care Home Base

Pawmark is the home base for your pet’s whole life: habits, health records, appointments, and expenses, kept in sync across everyone who cares for them. Not another single-user pet diary. A real system, built for households. In multi-person homes, pet care is invisible and easy to duplicate: double-fed pets, missed walks, skipped meds. Pawmark makes every care task shared, assignable, and checked off in real time, with optional photo proof. Households: care is a team sport • Multi-user households with roles (Owner, Admin, Member) • Simple invite codes for a partner, sitter, or family member • Belong to multiple households (your place and your parents’) and switch instantly • Push notifications when someone assigns you a task • Up to 10 pets per household, with archiving instead of deleting Habits and Routines: the daily engine • Shared habits assignable to specific people, linkable to multiple pets • 80+ curated habits across 8 species: dogs, cats, birds, fish, rabbits, reptiles, small mammals, horses • Flexible schedules: daily, weekly, every few days, multiple times a day • Photo-proof completions: a stamped, camera-verified “Completed by Sam at 8:15 AM” • Daily progress rings, household streaks, drag-and-drop habit groups Gamification that rewards real care • Pawsport Score: a fair, species-aware 0 to 100 gauge of how complete your pet’s profile really is • 24 collectible awards for streaks, milestones, and data quality • A global household leaderboard, ranked by streak, under a private username Health Records: a real medical dossier • Vaccinations with autocomplete, shot history, and automatic due-soon and overdue status • Medications with dosages, schedules, and one-tap conversion into a habit reminder • Conditions, allergies, and vitals with trend charts and goal lines • Attach photos and PDFs to every record: vaccine cards, lab results, prescriptions Behavior and Care Team: everything a sitter needs • Commands, traits, and triggers with response plans, like “scared of fireworks: play white noise, close curtains” • Vets, groomers, and insurance per pet, with tap-to-call and one-tap directions • Set a grooming frequency once and Pawmark books the next appointment and reminds you automatically Calendar and Expenses: it all connects • One calendar for appointments, tasks, and expenses, with a habit heatmap built in • Completing a vet visit prompts you to log the cost, and the calendar builds your pet’s medical and financial history for you • Per-pet cost splitting, custom categories, and a projected-spend view Activity Feed A single household feed of every completion, appointment, expense, and milestone, filterable by pet, person, or type. Pawmark is built for the realities of shared pet care: more than one person, more than one pet, and a lot more than habits. Enter something once, like a vet visit, a prescription, or a grooming schedule, and it flows everywhere it needs to, automatically.
