Mana Dairy

Mana Dairy is a simple milk collection and payment app built for dairy dealers and milk centres. Record daily milk from farmers, track what you owe and collect, and settle payments — all in one place. WHY DAIRY DEALERS LOVE MANA DAIRY • Fast daily entry — record morning and evening collection in seconds. • Cow and buffalo, separately — enter each with its own litres and rate; the total is calculated automatically. • Quality fields — optionally record FAT and SNF for each entry. • Automatic money — amounts are calculated from litres × rate, so there's no manual maths. • Farmers and customers — manage suppliers (farmers you pay) and buyers (customers who pay you). • Payments and settlements — settle a farmer up to any date, see exactly how much is due, and keep a full payment history. • Instant notifications — farmers get notified when their milk is recorded and when they're paid. • Clear reports — daily ledger, cycle totals, and morning/evening and cow/buffalo breakdowns. • Works in your language — English, Telugu and Hindi. • Light and dark mode. HOW IT WORKS 1. Add your farmers and customers. 2. Enter daily milk — pick the user, session and milk type, then key in litres and rate. 3. At the end of the cycle, settle payments and share the record. Mana Dairy keeps your dairy's daily collection and accounts accurate, transparent and effortless — no notebooks, no calculator.
