Patent Yazar: AI Drafting

Patent Yazar is an AI-assisted drafting tool for patent attorneys and IP firms. Preparing an application to a patent office's formal rules can take weeks: Patent Yazar turns an invention disclosure into a structured first draft of the description, claims and abstract, and you review, edit and approve everything. The app is in Turkish. Drafts for EPO and USPTO matters are written in English. WHAT IT DOES • Invention disclosure: a guided 10-question form; AI helps fill in or improve each answer • Description draft generated from the disclosure, shown as it is written • Independent and dependent claims, numbered, with an editor to reorder, edit and set dependencies • Abstract of at most 150 words • AI title suggestions with a short rationale • Figures: the AI finds the figures referenced in the description and prepares black-and-white diagram drafts • Prior-art search on Espacenet and Google Patents, with an AI similarity rating (low / medium / high) and rationale for each hit • Pre-filing formalities check against TürkPatent, EPO or USPTO rules • Formal objections: upload the office's letter as a PDF; deficiencies are extracted, matched to the rules and copied into an amendment document • DOCX and PDF export, formatted for the target office ONE TOOL, SEVERAL OFFICES Language and export format follow the office you choose for each matter: • EPO and USPTO: drafted in English; USPTO exports use US Letter size • TürkPatent: drafted in Turkish, formatted for the EPATS e-filing system (A4, Times New Roman 12 pt, 1.5 spacing, line numbers every five lines, one file per part) TEAMS AND DATA • A separate workspace for each firm; other firms cannot see your matters • Invite colleagues and assistants as members or admins • Activity log: who changed what, and when • Request account deletion at any time: patentyazar.com/delete-account IMPORTANT — LEGAL POSITION Patent Yazar is a software tool, not a legal service, and does not provide patent attorney services.
