PST Staff Portal

The Past Delivery Staff Portal is the official internal application for riders, drivers and office staff of Past Delivery & Trading W.L.L, based in Doha, Qatar. This app keeps everything you need for your job in one place — your monthly paysheet, your personal profile, your identity documents, and the latest announcements from the company. — Key features — 📊 LIVE PAYSHEET View your current month's pay broken down into base salary, allowances, deductions and final payout. Switch between months from a single dropdown and see your year-to-date earnings summary at a glance. 📋 PERSONAL PROFILE See your QID and passport expiry dates, vehicle details, vacation balance and travel history. Update your mobile number directly from the app — no need to email HR. 🏦 BANK ACCOUNT WIZARD Apply for a new bank account from your phone. The app guides you through capturing your QID (front and back) and passport, automatically reads the details using on-device scanning, and submits a clean application to HR — saving you and the company hours of paperwork. 📷 PROFILE PHOTO FROM QID Upload a profile photo manually or let the app auto-crop one from your QID. Whichever you prefer, your photo is stored securely and linked to your employee record. 🎂 TEAM BIRTHDAYS See upcoming birthdays of your colleagues right on the home page. When it's somebody's birthday today, a celebration banner with confetti will appear so you can wish them a great day. 📢 COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENTS HR posts company-wide messages, monthly performance targets, and operational updates directly into the app. Pinned messages stay at the top so you never miss anything important. 🏖️ LEAVE REQUESTS Submit a request for annual leave, sick leave, or emergency leave from your phone. Track the approval status of every request you've made. 🌍 MULTI-LANGUAGE The portal supports English, Arabic (عربي) and Hindi (हिंदी).
