Field Desk is a focused training desk for plans, intervals and performance records. Build the next rep. The main screen shows your minutes this week, sessions logged and the size of your roster. The next workout on the board is waiting for you, and Build a Session starts a new plan in one tap. The Session Board helps you plan work that has a purpose. Create a training session, attach drills and set a duration, then close the loop in your log. Filter your sessions by all, queued or done to see what's next and what's already finished. The Clock builds repeatable work and recovery blocks. It keeps true time even when the app leaves the foreground. Set the time and number of rounds, tap Start Intervals and go. Use training presets like Sprint 30:30 and Tempo 60:30, or make your own custom setup. The Drills library holds ready-made movement cards, and you can write your own. Search by movement, sport or focus, and filter by running, football or basketball. Each drill shows its sport, focus and duration, like Acceleration Ladder for speed or First-Touch Grid for technique. You can add any drill to a planned session. The Backroom holds everything beyond the session. The Training Log records time, effort and load. Recovery Check tracks daily energy, sleep and soreness. Roster keeps your athlete list organised, Access Codes generates secure team passwords, and Settings covers your preferences and local data.
