Pasha Dollar shows today's US dollar exchange rate in Iraqi dinars (USD to IQD) on the parallel market, province by province, with the minute each number was observed, Baghdad time. Buy and sell rates, in dinars per 100 dollars. Baghdad, Erbil and Sulaymaniyah update as the market moves. Basra, Najaf, Karbala and Mosul follow Baghdad, and Kirkuk and Duhok follow Erbil, at a set margin. Erbil, Sulaymaniyah and Duhok also show 25,000- and 5,000-dinar note rates.
