Parcourse

Parcourse turns your city into your gym. Find outdoor workout stations near you, train with AI form checking, and combine running and strength training into one hybrid run. FIND STATIONS The map shows calisthenics and fitness-trail stations around you – with equipment, photos and matching workouts for every station. AI FORM CHECK WITH YOUR CAMERA Set up your phone, start the exercise – Parcourse counts your reps, scores your form in real time and coaches you by voice. Squats, push-ups, lunges, plank, pull-ups and more. Camera frames are processed entirely on your device and never uploaded. PARCOURSE RACE – THE HYBRID RUN Running meets strength: run from station to station, complete exercises and chase your best time – with GPS tracking, voice guidance and your music playing on, uninterrupted. YOUR OWN RUNS & FRIENDS Create your own runs, share them with friends and compete on leaderboards. Challenge friends head-to-head or join community challenges. YOUR PROGRESS Run Reel: after every race you get a video recap to share. Achievements, stats and your training history show how you improve. Optionally, Parcourse syncs your workouts to Health Connect. PRIVACY FIRST No forced account, no ads. Pose detection runs entirely on your device. What you delete is deleted – right in the app. Parcourse is in active development – feedback is welcome: [email protected]
