Parcel North

See the official land parcel under your feet — or under any point you tap. Parcel North draws official parcel boundaries for North Cyprus over satellite imagery and shows that parcel's registry record on your phone. You do not need to know the block/parcel number in advance: tapping a point on the map is enough. INDEPENDENT APP — NOT A GOVERNMENT APP Parcel North is an independent app built by tagmac.dev. It does not represent, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by, any government entity, including the Land Registry and Cadastre Department or the Department of Town Planning. WHAT IT DOES • Tap the map, or use your GPS position with "My location" — the official parcel boundary is drawn. • The parcel's record: block/parcel number, land type, ground class, map sheet, neighbourhood, district, locality and the official area. • Old title-deed (koçan) number: the parcel's former record is shown too — for tying a place described by an old deed to its present-day block/parcel number. • Search by neighbourhood and block/parcel: all 252 official neighbourhoods are built in. • Zoning plan coverage: which plan or order the parcel falls under, with its source. Tap the plan name and the Department of Town Planning's own page opens. Where an official map sheet exists, you also see the sheet and the parcel's approximate position within it. • Market context: asking-price bands of similar listings nearby — always labelled "asking price, not sale price", with the period. • Request a detailed report on a parcel — one tap, over WhatsApp. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • No valuation. The app never tells you what a property is "worth". • It never says "this title is clean". Encumbrances, share status and title class are established from official documents. • No background location tracking. Your location is used only at the moment you ask for a lookup. • No accounts, no ads, no third-party analytics. WHO USES IT • Buyers looking at land or a house — to see which parcel is actually being shown. • Owners and heirs — to see their own parcel's boundary, area and old deed record. • Anyone working in the field — to know which parcel they are standing on. ABOUT THE CONNECTION The parcel lookup goes to the state's own service, which can only be reached from networks inside North Cyprus. On a connection in another country, tapping a parcel on the map or searching by block/parcel does not leave you with a blank screen: it shows that parcel's record from our own cadastral archive, and states plainly when that record was last refreshed from the official register. SOURCES OF GOVERNMENT INFORMATION All government information in this app comes from the two departments below, and each one is listed here with its own official address: • Parcel boundaries, registry records, the official list of 252 neighbourhoods and old title-deed numbers — Land Registry and Cadastre Department, TRNC: https://tapu.gov.ct.tr • Zoning plans, zoning orders and official cadastral map sheets — Department of Town Planning, TRNC: http://spd.gov.ct.tr (this department publishes its website over http, not https) Parcel North is not a government app and does not represent either department. WHAT IS NOT GOVERNMENT INFORMATION • Asking-price bands: public property advertisements collected by tagmac.dev — not official figures and not sale prices. • Offline archive: when the state service cannot be reached, the record shown is our own copy of cadastral data; the card states when it was last refreshed from the official register. • Satellite imagery: Esri, Maxar, Earthstar Geographics. LIMITS Boundaries come from the official cadastre; they may differ from the crop or fence patterns visible on the ground.
