VER Partner

VER Partner is the delivery app used by VER's own delivery partners. It is not a shopping app and is not useful without a partner account issued by the VER office. VER delivers fresh vegetables and fruit each morning across Tirupattur district, Tamil Nadu. Customers order the night before at prices locked at booking; the office buys at the market at dawn and packs every order by customer. This app carries that morning's route. WHAT A PARTNER DOES WITH IT • See today's route — every stop in delivery order, with the customer's name, address and phone, and what is in the bag. • Verify the right bag at the door by scanning the QR code on the label. If the bag belongs to another stop, the app says whose it is and where it belongs, so a wrong delivery is caught before it is handed over. • Confirm handover with the customer's delivery OTP when a code cannot be scanned. • Collect cash on delivery, record what was taken by denomination, and see the running total for the round. • Record a failed delivery with a reason, so the office can decide whether to re-attempt tomorrow. • Hand over the day's cash at the end of the round and see it acknowledged. • Track earnings per delivery and per day. BUILT FOR THE ROUND, NOT THE OFFICE Delivery happens between 6 and 9 in the morning, often where the signal is poor. Verification, handover and cash collection all work with no connection at all — the route is downloaded before the partner leaves, the QR check runs on the device, and everything recorded offline is sent to the office automatically once signal returns. Nothing is lost and nothing is recorded twice. The camera is used only to read the QR code on a packing label. No photograph is stored or sent anywhere. ACCESS Accounts are created by the VER office for its delivery partners. There is no sign-up in the app, and no part of it can be used without an account.
