Paragon is the app your coach uses to program your training, set your nutrition and keep up with how you're doing. You open it, see what's planned for today, and get to work. YOUR WORKOUTS Your coach writes your program and it shows up on your phone, day by day. Log every set as you go. Last session's weight and reps sit right beside each set, so you always know what to beat. The rest timer starts on its own when you finish a set. Most exercises come with a demo video, and Paragon keeps your personal records and lift history for you. YOUR NUTRITION See your daily targets for protein, carbs, fat and calories, and track them as you eat. Search more than 190,000 foods, or scan a barcode. Your coach can give you a meal plan and recipes to work from. If you lose signal at the gym, your entries are saved on your phone and sync when you're back online. WEEKLY CHECK-INS Send your coach your weight, measurements, progress photos and notes on how the week went. Your coach replies inside the app, and you can look back at every check-in and see how your weight has moved over time. STAY IN TOUCH Message your coach directly. If your coach runs group training, you can follow the group's program and chat with the rest of the group. MORE • Connect Health Connect to share your steps, active calories and workouts with your coach. • Check in at your gym and, if you choose to, join your gym's leaderboard. • Reminders for workouts and check-ins, so nothing slips. • Pounds or kilograms, light or dark mode. • Your coach's name, logo and colors, if your coach has set them up.
