Full description

Not another to-do app. ParaCortex is for anyone who's stared at a task list and felt more stuck than when they started. Whether you have ADHD, suspect you might, or just find your brain works better with the right support — this was built for you. We don't do "Overdue." We do Roll Forward. BREAK IT DOWN "Reply to emails" isn't a task. It's a wall. ParaCortex uses AI to break any goal into bite-sized micro-wins — 5-minute steps you can actually start. MATCH YOUR ENERGY Every task has an Energy Cost: Low, Medium, or High. ParaCortex groups your day into Morning Wins, Afternoon Focus, and Evening Unwind — so you work with your energy, not against it. MAKE TIME VISIBLE Time blindness is real. A circular visual timer makes your focus session feel tangible, not just countable. YOU'RE NOT ALONE Body Doubling is the quiet magic of knowing others are working too. ParaCortex shows a live count of focusers in the room — no chat, no pressure, just presence. STAY ON TASK, EVEN WHEN YOU LEAVE Your current micro-win stays visible on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Out of sight shouldn't mean out of mind. GENTLE REMINDERS, NOT ALARMS Nudges arrive at natural transitions in your day — not as deadline warnings, but as open invitations to begin. CELEBRATE FOR REAL Every secured win triggers a full-screen fireworks moment. Your brain deserves the dopamine hit. -- ParaCortex isn't about doing more. It's about feeling less stuck — one small win at a time.

What's new

ParaCortex is for anyone who's stared at a task list and felt more stuck than when they started. Whether you have ADHD, suspect you might, or just find your brain works better with the right support — this was built for you. We don't do "Overdue." We do Roll Forward. Tasks you didn't get to yesterday quietly carry forward to today. The ones you didn't finish this morning are still there this evening. No deadline labels. No shame spiral. Just your list, ready when you are.
