Millions of people face stress, anxiety, loneliness, relationship issues, academic pressure, career uncertainty, family problems, and emotional challenges every day. Most of them do not need immediate clinical intervention, but they do need someone who can listen without judgment. Unfortunately, many people hesitate to open up to friends, family members, or professionals because of fear, stigma, or lack of access. PANHA bridges this gap by providing a safe and supportive space where people can share their thoughts, emotions, and struggles anonymously while receiving empathetic human support. Our platform connects users with trained peer supporters ("Buddies") who are equipped with active listening, empathy, and emotional support skills. These buddies do not replace psychologists or psychiatrists. Instead, they provide a first layer of human connection and support, helping users feel heard, understood, and less alone during difficult times.
