Palvex Aroma Notes

Palvex Aroma Notes is a tasting journal built for people who take their wine and coffee seriously. Every sip deserves more than a vague memory — this app gives you the tools to capture the full sensory picture. Log each tasting session with a structured rating scale that covers aroma intensity, body, acidity, finish, and overall impression. Choose from a curated set of aroma tags — floral, fruity, earthy, smoky, woody, nutty, and more — to build an accurate profile for each drink. Flavor profile cards visualize your notes in a consistent format, making it easy to compare experiences over time. Organize your entries by type: wine or coffee. Filter and revisit past tastings from a clean journal view. Each entry stores the producer name, variety or origin, vintage or roast date, and your personal score alongside all sensory details. The app works completely offline. No account needed. No data leaves your device. Everything is stored locally. Three to four theme options are available, including two light and two dark variants, so the interface adapts to your preference whether you are tasting in a bright kitchen or a dimly lit cellar. A first-launch onboarding walkthrough explains the rating system and tag structure so you can start logging accurately from the very first entry. Palvex Aroma Notes is designed for personal use — unhurried, focused, and distraction-free.
