Palgeo Geo Fencing Attendance

Attendance Marking Made Simple! Palgeo geofencing-based attendance app is a cloud-based time tracking and scheduling app for employees that allows them to check in and check out and mark their attendance from their smartphones. Employees can easily track work hours, conduct and manage their allocated tasks, receive timely alerts, and more. Mark Attendance Using Face Recognition Palgeo’s Geofencing attendance app uses the latest technologies such as Face Recognition to provide touch-free attendance login and log out for employees. While being a boon during the times of this pandemic, the app also provides a secure way for employees and organizations to accurately track timesheets and GPS locations as it uses facial recognition and is completely secure. Geofencing Smart Attendance System Palgeo’s smart attendance system utilizes geofencing technology. Organizations create virtual perimeters or geofences around their company location(s). Our advanced mobile app: •  Provides AI alerts to employees before the start of the workday. •  Prompts employees to check-in when they are within the geofence/company premises. •  Provides alerts on mandatory tasks or the schedule for the day. •  If so set up, staff can check-in at one building and checkout in another location at the end of the workday. For Employers Palgeo geofencing attendance application suite enables: •  Seamless tracking of attendance employee hours. •  Assign & monitor daily weekly and monthly repetitive tasks. •  AI & BI Alerts for employees and supervisors on upcoming tasks, perimeter violations, etc •  Audit trail of all timesheets available in case of statutory requirements. •  Time tracker history with details about daily login and logouts. •  Assign non-repeat and mandatory tasks which have to be completed by employees. •  Track daily reports of employees like entry and exit of the geofence using background location tracking. SIGN UP This geofencing and time tracking app requires a Palgeo account. NOTE: This app collects location data to generate entry and exit reports of employees and hence monitors an employee's movement during login hours.
