Aulora: Lesson Planner

Aulora is the scheduling app built for private lesson teachers. Music instructors, language tutors, academic coaches, personal trainers, and therapists use it to organize students, track attendance, and manage payments, all from their phone. If you still rely on a spreadsheet or notebook to manage your lessons, Aulora handles it in under 2 minutes a day. TODAY'S AGENDA Open the app and see who has a lesson today. Mark attendance, absence, or cancellation with a single tap. Add notes about what was covered in each session. WEEKLY SCHEDULE View your entire week in a grid organized by day and time. Know exactly when each student has their lesson. STUDENT MANAGEMENT Register students with their name, phone number, weekly time slot, fee, and billing mode (monthly, weekly, or per session). Everything in one place. PAYMENT TRACKING See what's been received and what's still pending each month. Mark payments as paid with one tap and view your monthly financial summary. WHATSAPP REMINDERS Send lesson reminders and payment follow-ups directly through WhatsApp. The app composes the message; you just hit send. PDF REPORTS Generate a monthly report with all lessons, attendance records, and payment amounts. Share or print it for your records. COURSES Create course types with default pricing and billing. When adding a student, link them to a course so settings are inherited automatically. FREE AND WORKS OFFLINE Aulora works 100% offline on the free plan. Register up to 5 students and use all core features at no cost. PREMIUM Unlock unlimited students, remove ads, access full payment history from past months, and enable cloud backup with automatic sync. Private music teachers, language tutors, academic coaches, personal trainers, therapists, and any professional who sees individual students on a recurring weekly schedule.
