OTL Cal — Delivery Manager

Out The Lot (OTL) Cal replaces whiteboards, sticky notes, spreadsheets and group texts with one platform that tracks every vehicle from sold to delivered. Built by someone who ran a dealership service drive for 10 years — not a software company guessing at your workflow. WHAT IT DOES - See every delivery on one calendar — day view, week view, and a rolling 7-day outlook for managers - Track the full 7-stage pipeline: No RO, RO Opened, Cleanup, QC, Issue/Hold, Ready, Delivered - Role-based access for Managers, Finance Managers, Product Advisors, Service Advisors, and Detailers — everyone sees what matters to their job - Attach photos directly from your phone at the vehicle - Add and track accessories per delivery - Full audit trail — know who changed what, and when - Search any delivery by stock number, VIN, customer, or salesperson in seconds BUILT FOR THE LOT, NOT JUST THE OFFICE Standing at the vehicle is where the work happens. OTL Cal is designed mobile-first — swipe between days, pull to refresh, snap a photo without walking back to a desk. BUILT TO SCALE WITH YOU From a small independent used car lot to a high-volume franchise dealership, OTL Cal handles the delivery workflow either way — already proven in daily use at real dealerships today. Requires an active Out The Lot account through your dealership. Visit outthelot.com to learn more or request a demo.
