Full description
A dying battery in an unfamiliar airport, café, or coworking space is a small crisis every traveler knows. OutletMap is built around a single idea: someone before you probably already found a place to plug in, so why hunt for one all over again? Open the map and you'll see nearby spots marked by the type of connection they offer — a regular outlet, USB, or USB-C — color-coded so you can scan for what you actually need. Filter the map down to just that connector type, and only the places that match stay on screen. Found somewhere new? Drop a pin using your current location or set it manually, name the place — a café, an airport gate, a coworking desk — and add a photo if you'd like. Note the connector type and, if it matters, how many ports are free. Mark whether it's currently available, occupied, or out of service, rate how convenient it actually was on a scale of 1 to 5, and leave a note for later. Every spot has its own card: the name and address, its connector type, the average convenience rating from everyone who's logged it, and its current status. Sort through the map by connector type, availability, or minimum rating to zero in fast. Places you rely on can be pinned to Favorites for one-tap access from the home screen, and a running history keeps track of every spot you've found or used, with the date and connector type on record. OutletMap doesn't ask for an account and won't send you a single notification — it's just a map that gets more useful every time someone adds to it.
