TeeSala

TeeSala is the tee sheet, on the club's own tablet. This is the staff app for golf clubs that run their bookings on the Outasker tee sheet. It shows the day's sheet live, opens any booking for the actions the desk is allowed to take, books the walk-in standing at the counter, and raises an alert when a booking request arrives. THE DAY'S TEE SHEET An agenda down the screen on a phone, times down and courses across on a tablet. Pull down to refresh; it refreshes itself every thirty seconds. If the line to the club drops, it keeps showing the last sheet it read and says how old it is. THE BOOKING PANEL Tap a tee time for the whole booking: the party, the extras, the stored quote and the deposit. The buttons you see are the ones the club's own rules allow: move, mark played, no show, cancel, undo, deposit received or cleared. Take a tee time off sale and put it back. WALK-INS AT THE COUNTER Tap an open time and book the group in front of you: the party and the rate each player falls under, extras, the name at the counter and a note. AN ALERT WHEN A REQUEST ARRIVES A new booking request lights the tablet up, and the queue lists what is waiting. Offering a time, accepting and declining are done in the web admin for now. ENGLISH, THAI AND FILIPINO Each device is set to whichever the person using it reads. You need a club on the Outasker tee sheet to use this app: it connects to your club's own address and signs in with your club's own staff account. A golfer booking a tee time never needs it.
