Vårt Hopp är en app för dig som själv har cancer eller är närstående till någon som har eller har haft cancer. Här hittar du stöd, kunskap, gemenskap och verktyg som kan hjälpa dig genom olika delar av cancerresan. Ett stöd anpassat efter din situation Alla cancerresor ser olika ut. I Vårt Hopp kan du frivilligt ange din livssituation och var i cancerresan du befinner dig. Därefter anpassas innehållet så att du lättare kan hitta information och stöd som är relevant för just din situation. Kunskap och praktiskt stöd Ta del av guider, checklistor och annat material som kan vara till hjälp när livet förändras. Du kan bland annat hitta information och stöd för tiden efter diagnos, under behandling och efter behandling. Gemenskap I Vårt Hopp kan du möta andra som befinner sig i liknande situationer. Dela erfarenheter, tankar och tips, läs andras berättelser och hitta en gemenskap där du inte behöver gå igenom allt ensam. Din egen dagbok Använd dagboken för att dokumentera din cancerresa på ditt eget sätt. Skriv ner tankar, händelser och minnen och samla sådant som är viktigt för dig. För både den som är sjuk och den som står nära Vårt Hopp är till för både personer som själva berörs av cancer och familjemedlemmar, partners, vänner och andra närstående. Olika situationer kräver olika typer av stöd, därför är innehållet utformat för att kunna följa olika delar av cancerresan. Du är inte ensam. Vårt Hopp är ett komplement till vården och ersätter inte medicinsk rådgivning eller behandling.
