Full description

Nica Pass — Digital Loyalty Made Simple Nica Pass helps small businesses run modern loyalty programs without punch cards or paper stamps. Built for shop owners and staff, OttoPass turns every purchase into a reason for customers to come back. Key Features Wallet-Native Loyalty Customers get a digital loyalty card delivered straight to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — no app download required. Just scan and go. Simple Staff Tools Award points, redeem rewards, and enroll new customers in seconds with a fast, QR-based staff app. Custom Promotions Run special promotions tied to customer purchases to drive repeat visits and reward loyal customers. Owner Dashboard See enrollment, transaction history, and program activity at a glance. Secure & Reliable Staff access is protected with secure authentication, and all data is encrypted in transit. Why Nica Pass Traditional loyalty programs are clunky — plastic cards get lost, and apps go uninstalled. Nica Pass lives where your customers already are: their phone's Wallet app. That means higher engagement, easier redemption, and a direct channel back to your customers without relying on a separate app they have to remember to open. Whether you run a restaurant, retail shop, or service business, Nica Pass gives you an easy way to reward loyalty and keep customers coming back.
