Aarathy Admin

Aarathy Admin is a comprehensive management tool designed for trust and organization administrators to efficiently handle events, donations, and receipts — all in one place. Events Management Plan and track your organization's events with ease. View events by day, week, or month using the intuitive swipe-based navigation. Filter events by status (open or closed), search across all entries, or use custom date filters to find exactly what you need. Export event data as CSV files for reporting and record-keeping. Receipts & Donations Create and manage donation receipts quickly. The smart donor lookup auto-fills form details as you type, saving time during busy collection drives. Each receipt captures the amount, payment mode (cash, online, or material), and optional notes. New donors are automatically saved for future use. View receipt history with powerful search — find entries by donor name, phone number, email, or amount. Export all receipts to CSV with a single tap for easy sharing with accountants or auditors.
