Your parents cannot find a setting. You are not in the room. Orfeo Ayuda shows their phone screen on yours (or on a computer). You point. They tap. You do not drive their phone. HOW IT WORKS 1. They tap Ask for help. 2. They tell you a 6-digit code. 3. You enter it under Help someone. 4. They allow sharing the whole screen. 5. A circle marks the spot. They tap the circle. No account for them. No USB. No developer options. WHAT IT IS NOT This is not a remote desktop. You cannot open their apps or tap for them. There is no lasting access: hang up and the code dies. PRIVACY The screen is visible only during a session they accept. We do not store the video. A banner on their phone says you are watching. They can hang up at any time. FREE AND FAMILY The first 3 help sessions of the first month are free. The Family plan is paid by the helper, not by your parents. Orfeo Ayuda is made by Orfeo Virtual.
