Orderco is a digital procurement and ordering platform designed to simplify supplier interaction and enhance customer ordering. With OrderCo Mobile buyers are connected directly to their central supply chain matrix in real time, from any phone or tablet. The platform enables clients to: • Search and order products by name, barcode, product code or Nappi code, with filter options to refine results. • Access detailed product information including pricing and pack sizes. • Order from multiple suppliers and wholesalers through a single, centralised platform, 24/7. • Track prices, promotions, and product availability through continuous, real-time live sync. • Manage orders with tracking and visibility through: o Product Order History providing users with a complete audit trail of past purchases, received quantities and fulfilment outcomes. o Lists and repeat ordering options by saving products to predefined or custom lists via the 'Add to List' functionality. o Back Orders displaying temporarily out-of-stock products required for future delivery. o Regrets displaying items out-of-stock or unavailable. o Complete purchases efficiently with secure login, cart management, and order confirmation, using the Standard order type. Please Note: OrderCo Mobile requires an active, valid corporate subscription to the Orderco Business Management framework.
