FlatFlow

FlatFlow — Manage Your Home Together Living with flatmates should be easy. Instead, it's awkward texts about overdue rent, arguments over whose turn it is to clean, someone hogging the washing machine for hours, and a shopping list that lives in three different group chats. FlatFlow fixes all of that. It's one shared app for your entire household — bills, chores, laundry, reminders, announcements, and more. Everyone's on the same page, without anyone having to be the nag. NUDGE — WITHOUT THE AWKWARDNESS This is the feature every flatmate needs. Need to remind someone about the dishes, the trash, the noise, or the laundry they left in the machine? Send a Nudge — a gentle, targeted reminder straight to their phone. Pick a category, choose who it's for, and send it anonymously if you'd rather not own it. No passive-aggressive notes. No group chat drama. Just a nudge. STOP CHASING PEOPLE FOR MONEY Split every bill fairly — rent, electricity, gas, water, internet, groceries, subscriptions, and more. Choose equal splits, custom amounts, or itemised breakdowns. Upload receipts straight from your camera roll or files. FlatFlow tracks who's paid and who hasn't, so you don't have to. Recurring bills are available on Plus. END THE CHORE ARGUMENTS Set up fair, rotating chore schedules for your whole household. Daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly — FlatFlow handles the rotation automatically and sends everyone reminders when it's their turn. No more "I didn't know it was my week." KNOW WHO'S ON THE WASHING MACHINE Ever gone to do laundry only to find the machine already in use? Log your laundry sessions in real time so everyone can see what's running and for how long. Plus members can book slots in advance — no more clashes. HEADS UP — KEEP EVERYONE IN THE LOOP Need to let the house know something? Post a Heads Up — a pinned announcement on the shared dashboard. Set it to auto-expire when it's no longer relevant. "Have an interview at 1pm, please keep it down." "Friends coming over at 9pm — sorry for the noise in advance." Everyone sees it the moment they open the app. TRACK MAINTENANCE ISSUES Something broken in the flat? Log it with a priority level and track it from open to resolved. Every flatmate can see what's being dealt with and what still needs attention. ONE SHARED SHOPPING LIST Add items as you think of them, tick them off as you shop, and notify your flatmates when it's time for a top-up. No more arriving home to an empty fridge because nobody knew what was needed. A SHARED CALENDAR FOR HOUSEHOLD LIFE See bills, chore schedules, and maintenance deadlines all in one monthly view. Add custom events for birthdays, parties, inspections, or flat meetings. Never get caught off guard. EVERYTHING AT A GLANCE Your dashboard gives you a live snapshot — outstanding bills, today's tasks, active laundry sessions, pending nudges, and any Heads Ups from your flatmates.
