What Kapoot does: • Street-level alerts — choose your address and only hear about outages that actually affect you. • Water & electricity — planned and unplanned disruptions from official Croatian utility sources. • Instant push notifications — know the moment a new outage is published, including start and end times. • HEP compensation claims (NN 84/22) — when an electricity outage qualifies, Kapoot helps you prepare and submit a signed compensation request to HEP ODS, and tracks it all the way through to payout. • Private by design — no account needed to receive outage alerts.
