Opensky SFA is the mobile Sales Force Automation application for Openskylabz ERP, designed to help field sales teams manage day-to-day sales activities efficiently from anywhere. The app allows authorized users to access customer information, create sales orders, issue invoices, record receipts, manage customer credit, and continue working even when an internet connection is unavailable. KEY FEATURES • Customer Management View existing customer information and create new customer records directly from the field. • Sales Orders Create and manage sales orders with product selection, pricing, quantities, discounts, and other relevant sales details. • Invoices Create and approve invoices with support for stock availability, batch tracking, and sales-related controls configured in Openskylabz ERP. • Receipts and Payments Record customer payments and allocate receipts against outstanding invoices. • Allocated Credit Use available customer advance credit or allocated balances to settle eligible invoices. • Offline Working Download required business data and continue working without an active internet connection. Transactions can be synchronized with the company server once connectivity is restored. • Secure QR Setup Connect the mobile app to your organization’s Openskylabz ERP server using a setup QR code provided by your administrator. • Bluetooth Printing Print supported invoices and receipts directly from the mobile device using compatible Bluetooth printers. • Optional Location Tagging Capture GPS location information on supported sales documents when enabled by your organization and permitted by the user. WHO IS THIS APP FOR? Opensky SFA is intended for organizations already using Openskylabz ERP, including field sales representatives, sales executives, distributors, and other authorized employees who need access to sales operations while working outside the office. This is not a standalone consumer application. Access is provided by your organization, and users must sign in using valid company credentials. REQUIREMENTS • An active Openskylabz ERP account assigned by your organization • A valid setup QR code generated by your system administrator • Initial internet access for configuration and data synchronization • Ongoing internet access for synchronization, while supported functions may continue to work offline after data has been downloaded • A compatible Bluetooth printer for mobile printing features, where applicable SETUP To configure the app, obtain the setup QR code from your system administrator. The QR code can be generated from the SFA Mobile Setup section in the Openskylabz ERP administration system. After setup, sign in using your company-issued credentials and synchronize the required data before starting field operations. PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS Certain features may require access to device capabilities such as location, camera, Bluetooth, or network connectivity. These permissions are used only to support relevant app functions and may depend on your organization’s configuration.
