SajangNote helps business owners organize staff information and keep factual records of daily workplace events. • Staff directory: Register names, employment types, hire dates, duties and employment notes. Manage active and departed staff. • Daily records: Record the event date, category, factual description and additional notes, then view records by employee. • Contract review: Take a contract photo or select images and PDF files to request analysis. Review extracted information and items that may need attention. • Business details and PIN: Check the operating status of a Korean business registration number and sign in with a six-digit PIN. Email verification is used when needed for a new device or PIN recovery. • Korean and English: Choose your display language in the app. An account and internet connection are required. SajangNote is not a service for retaining original contracts. Uploaded contract images are copies used temporarily for AI analysis. You are responsible for retaining the original employment contract; SajangNote does not assume your legal responsibility to retain it. Newly uploaded copies are sent to the server only for AI analysis and are automatically deleted immediately after analysis where possible, with no more than 24 hours of retention on SajangNote's operational servers. Analysis results are kept for later access in the app only if you choose to save them. General notes and saved analysis results are retained until you delete them. Deleting the relevant data also deletes associated retained copies; account deletion includes remaining contract copies and AI results. Residual backup data is inaccessible through the normal service and is removed when the rotating backup expires. Contract copies are sent to an external AI provider for analysis. Personal information is not automatically redacted. See the privacy policy for the processor’s separate retention and deletion terms. Contract review provides reference information to help you check documented terms. It does not determine legality or contract validity. Compare results with the original document and seek professional advice where needed. Existing user-owned materials from before this policy remain until individual or account deletion. New daily encrypted DB backups expire within 14 days and exclude contract image files. A separate deletion ledger retains identifiable records for at most 30 days and is replayed before isolated restores can be activated. See the privacy policy for details. Free and Pro subscriptions The app is free to download and contains no ads. Basic staff and workplace-record management features are free. Contract AI and other AI analysis have separate monthly allowances (Free: 1/3; Pro: 10/30). Pro is an optional monthly or yearly auto-renewing Google Play subscription. The app and Google Play purchase screen show the actual price and currency. You can cancel in Google Play at any time; Pro access continues until the valid subscription period expires. Restoring purchases requires server verification. Deleting the account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
