OnPoint4Schools Live

OnPoint is a school-wide behaviour management app designed to promote consistency, celebrate positive behaviour, and build a unified school culture. Developed by an educator, OnPoint empowers all staff members—from classroom teachers to admin and branch specialists—to recognise and reward positive student behaviours across shared school values. With just a few taps, points can be awarded to entire classes throughout the day—in corridors, playgrounds, lessons, or lunchrooms—reinforcing a consistent message about what matters most in your school community. Real-time leaderboards, badges and a monthly Trophy Cabinet feature highlight top-performing classes and keep the momentum going, while the centralised system supports transparency and staff collaboration. Key Features: • Consistent whole-school behaviour tracking • Easy point-giving for any staff member, anytime • Customisable value categories aligned to your school’s ethos • Real-time class leaderboards and monthly class rewards • Visual “Trophy Cabinet” to celebrate standout classes • Encourages teamwork, responsibility, and shared accountability Whether you’re launching a new behaviour framework or strengthening existing systems, OnPoint gives your school the tools to move in the same direction—together.
