Lotus World Public School

The official parent app of Lotus World Public School, Lucknow. (LWPS) LWPS is an ICSE school in Sushant Golf City, Ansal, serving families from Playgroup to Class 12. This app is for parents and guardians of children enrolled at the school — it connects only to Lotus World, and your login comes from the school office. YOUR CHILD, RIGHT NOW Open it and the first thing you see is your child: whether they are in school, what time they checked in, how many periods they have today and what is next. If they travel on a school bus, you see when it arrived. If you have more than one child at Lotus World, switch between them with one tap and everything follows. WHAT NEEDS YOUR ATTENTION The things actually waiting on you, on the first screen and nowhere else — a fee past its due date, a payment coming up, a diary entry a teacher is waiting for you to acknowledge, an urgent notice from the school. Nothing buried in a menu. SCHOOL FEES What is outstanding, what is due next, and every pending item with its own due date. Pay from your phone through the school's payment gateway. Past payments and receipts are kept under History, so you can find what you paid and when without a trip to the office or a phone call during working hours. ATTENDANCE Your child's overall attendance, plus a month-by-month calendar with every day marked present, absent, late or holiday. Apply for leave from the same screen — casual, sick or study — and track what you have already sent. MARKS AND EXAMINATIONS Term results with the percentage, class rank and total marks, broken down subject by subject with grades. The upcoming examination schedule with dates, times and which hall. HOMEWORK AND SCHOOL DIARY What was covered in class today, subject by subject, with the homework set and its due date. Acknowledge an entry so the class teacher knows you have seen it — no more signing a paper diary the next morning. SCHOOL NOTICES AND CIRCULARS Announcements from the school, sorted so the urgent ones stand out from the general ones, with unread ones marked. Holiday notices, examination timetables, PTM dates and event registrations. ABOUT YOUR CHILD The remarks and awards your child's teachers chose to share with you — praise as well as notes — plus event photographs and any files the school has sent home. SCHOOL TRANSPORT Your child's bus route, stop, and the scheduled pickup and drop times. The driver's name and number, with a button to call. CONTACT THE SCHOOL Your child's class teacher and the school office, with call and email buttons, plus the school's address. No hunting through old circulars for a number. ALSO INSIDE The class timetable, the school calendar, and the library — what your child has borrowed and when it is due back. FOR LOTUS WORLD FAMILIES ONLY Accounts are issued by the school to enrolled families. There is no public sign-up, and access ends when your child leaves the school.
