Omni HR is the employee app for companies that run Omni HR on Odoo. Check in and out, see your day, request leave, claim expenses, approve your team's requests and get notified when something needs you, all from one app. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT Tap Check in and the app does the rest. It confirms your location against your office area, checks the office Wi-Fi when your company requires it, and verifies your face on the device. Anti-spoof technology detects printed photos and screen replays, keeping attendance honest without making it feel like airport security. MY DAY Your home screen shows your shift, today's hours and a timeline of your day, plus a week view with your leave and working days at a glance. NOTIFICATIONS Get notified the moment your leave or expense is approved or refused, when a request is waiting for your approval, when HR has a question about your attendance, and when your company posts news. Turn each type on or off in Profile > Notifications. Your company can also turn on check-in and check-out reminders. LEAVE See your balance for each leave type, pick your dates (weekends and public holidays are skipped automatically) and attach supporting documents such as medical certificates straight from your camera or files. Follow every request until it is decided. APPROVALS FOR MANAGERS Approvers see each request with its dates, duration, the balance left afterwards and the employee's note, and can approve or refuse in one tap, wherever they are. EXPENSES Attach a photo of the receipt, pick a category, enter the amount and submit. Your finance team sees it straight away, and you can track every claim from submitted to approved. PAYSLIPS When your company includes payroll, view and download your monthly payslips as PDFs, right from the app. COMPANY NEWS Read announcements from your company in the app, with a notification when something new is posted. PRIVACY BY DESIGN Face matching happens on your phone. At check-in the app sends only the result, never your photo. The one photo taken when you enrol your face is stored on your employer's own server. Location is read only at the moment you check in or out, never in the background. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. WORKS WITH YOUR COMPANY'S OMNI HR Omni HR connects to your employer's Odoo-based HR system. Your HR team gives you a company code to get started. If your company doesn't use Omni HR yet, ask your HR team to visit omnisoftsolution.com. REQUIREMENTS - An Omni HR subscription managed by your employer. - Camera access for face verification (your employer decides whether it is used). - Location access for check-in at the office (your employer decides). - Notifications are optional and can be turned off at any time.
