Omnet Photo Sizer

Omnet Photo Sizer is a free, offline, single-photo compressor for Android 8 and above. Pick one photo using the system photo picker, or send one in through the system Share sheet. Omnet Photo Sizer creates a compressed JPEG copy targeting a maximum of 200, 500, or 1000 decimal KB (KB = 1000 bytes). The app previews the actual output bytes and pixel dimensions before you save. Save the result with the system document picker, or share the selected compressed result to an app you choose. Your original photo is never edited. The app works on a copy. Important things to know about JPEG output: - Transparency is lost and replaced with a white background. - Original EXIF and GPS metadata are not kept. - Quality and resolution may decrease as the file is compressed toward the target size. Omnet Photo Sizer does not promise compliance with medical, passport, visa, ID, or other official photo requirements. Privacy and permissions: - No INTERNET permission. - No accounts, no ads, no purchases, no analytics, no backend. The app is fully offline. Temporary JPEGs are stored in the app cache. Copies older than 24 hours are removed during a later conversion; this is not a guaranteed deletion timer. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes this cache. The app can retain the selected image reference and size choice in local saved state. Android cloud backup is disabled for this release. Files you save to user-selected output or cloud storage, and apps you share to, follow their own privacy policies. Support: [email protected]
