3marty

3marty brings apartment invoices and building management into one simple app, for owners and the people who live in their buildings. FOR BUILDING OWNERS AND CO-ADMINS - Issue invoices for rent, maintenance, utilities or any custom charge you define. - Set recurring charges once and let them go out automatically each month. - Collect payments through InstaPay. When a resident uploads a transfer receipt, 3marty reads the amount so you can approve it in one tap. - Watch collected and outstanding balances, occupancy and overdue units from a single dashboard. - Track building expenses and export your records as a CSV or PDF file. - Appoint co-admins with the exact permissions you choose. - Manage more than one building from the same account. FOR RESIDENTS - See exactly what you owe and pay by InstaPay in seconds. - Keep a clear history of every invoice and payment. - Message your building manager directly or join the building group chat. - Raise a complaint and follow it through to a resolution. BUILT FOR REAL BUILDING LIFE - A building group chat alongside private direct messages, in real time. - Announcements that reach every resident at once. - Push notifications so an invoice or a message never slips past you. - Full Arabic and English support, with right to left layout. YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL - Delete your account and personal data from inside the app at any time. - Read how we handle your data at 3marty.app/privacypolicy. Set up your building in minutes and bring your invoices and residents into one place. 3marty is made for the way apartment buildings really run.
