olome traceability

Production, quality, tooling, maintenance, warehouse... olome improves the tracking of your products, consumables, qualifications, people and equipment. Thanks to our Singl© technology, trace your resources with a unique identifier throughout their life cycles. Attach documents, manage assemblies and collaborate with your teams. Access the final file and history. Our solution can be used for different purposes: Managing your shops and stocks You can manage your stocks and warehouses anywhere and easily. It is easy to register your incoming and outgoing products, consumables and equipment; to carry out your inventories and to see in real time the quantity, availability and location of the latter. Also manage stock entries and exits and allocation to your orders. Traceability of production quality Follow the production process at every stage, add the necessary documents (such as material certificates, operator qualifications, etc.) to your products and easily create your end-of-production file. At the end of production, scan your final product and find all the information attached to it. Asset management Register your assets and obtain equipment files giving access to regulatory documents that will allow you to manage the life cycle of your equipment, from its commissioning date to its sale or demobilisation. You can also manage the allocation of your assets to site teams or to your customers. These three modules can be used individually or in combination. They will soon be joined by other modules that will simplify your daily life: traceability of subcontractors and tests, supplier integration, customer integration and performance analysis. olome-traceability offers a no-obligation quote based on the size of your site and the modules you choose.
