Olive Éire – Backend Operations & Role-Based Management App Olive Éire is a secure, role-based mobile application designed exclusively for the backend operations of the Olive Soft Health platform. It is not a patient-facing or public application. The app enables authorized administrators, doctors, and nurses to manage and execute various operational workflows from a single platform. Admin / Super Admin View operational dashboards and key metrics. Manage doctor enrollment and approval processes. Approve or manage doctor-related requests. Create and manage doctor schedules on behalf of doctors. Review and monitor patient reviews and other backend activities. Doctors Access their personal dashboard, consultation and booking information. View patient details. Create and manage upcoming schedules. Edit existing schedules. Submit requests to modify consultation duration, timings, or other consultation preferences, subject to admin approval. Nurses View and accept validated and successfully paid lab investigation requests. Verify patients using OTP during sample collection. Visit the patient's registered/home address for sample collection. Collect samples and submit them to the designated laboratory. Manage the complete sample-collection workflow through the application.
