Oktobot

Oktobot is an AI agent for Android. You give it a goal, it picks the right tools and works through the steps — instead of just answering and leaving the work to you. WHAT MAKES IT AN AGENT Ask for an outcome, not a command. Oktobot searches, reads pages, opens apps, uses your connected services, and keeps going across multiple steps until the task is done or it tells you why it stopped. You can watch each step as it happens, steer it mid-task, and stop it at any point. A per-task budget lets you cap how much a task is allowed to spend. CLOUD MODELS OR ON-DEVICE — YOUR CHOICE Oktobot doesn't ship a model. You decide where the thinking happens, and you can change it per conversation. Cloud models: connect the AI service you already use with your own API key, or sign in with a subscription you already pay for. Oktobot works with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Mistral, DeepSeek, Groq, Cerebras, Together, Fireworks, OpenRouter, Perplexity, xAI, Moonshot, MiniMax, Hugging Face, Ollama and other OpenAI-compatible endpoints. On-device models: download a local model and run it entirely on your phone. No internet connection, no API key, and prompts you send to it do not leave your device. Mix the two. Use a cloud model for hard questions and a local one for anything you'd rather keep off the network — including Phone Control, which can run on an on-device model so screen text and screenshots stay on your phone. TALK TO IT Have a spoken conversation with a live voice call screen. Choose on-device speech recognition or a cloud speech service, and set an optional wake word to start hands-free. IT REMEMBERS Oktobot keeps a memory of things worth remembering from your conversations, so you don't repeat yourself. Browse everything it has saved in an interactive memory graph and delete anything you don't want kept. TOOLS THAT DO REAL WORK Search the web, read a page, generate an image, check the weather, set an alarm or timer, add a calendar event, start navigation, draft a message, or work with your notes and files. An in-app browser with tabs lets Oktobot open a page, read it, and answer questions about it. CONNECT YOUR SERVICES Add MCP servers or Composio connectors to give the agent access to the tools and accounts you choose. Message Oktobot from Telegram or Discord when you're away from your phone. A LINUX TERMINAL IN YOUR POCKET A sandboxed Linux environment with a real shell and package manager, kept inside Oktobot's own private storage. SKILLS AND SCHEDULES Save a repeatable way of working as a skill. Schedule tasks to run later. PHONE CONTROL — OPTIONAL, AND OFF BY DEFAULT Oktobot can carry out tasks by operating apps on your screen, using Android's accessibility service. This is not a general accessibility tool — it exists so the agent can act for you. It is entirely your choice. The feature is off until you turn it on, the list of apps it may control starts empty, and you add apps yourself. While it works, a coloured indicator stays on screen and a stop control is always available, including a Quick Settings tile. Screen text is filtered to remove passwords and text you are actively typing, and Oktobot attempts to redact one-time codes and card numbers — a best-effort filter, not a guarantee. Screenshots are blocked when a password field is on screen. If you choose a cloud model for this feature, filtered screen text and permitted screenshots go to that provider; choose an on-device model to keep them on your phone. ABOUT YOUR DATA Oktobot has no account and no server of ours. Your conversations, memories and settings are stored on your device. When you use a cloud model, search provider, speech service or connector, your request goes to that company and their privacy policy applies. You decide which services to connect.
