Following an initial online login, users can utilize secure PIN authentication to maintain access in data "blackout" zones. TRUE OFFLINE DOCUMENTATION: Log immunizations, create chart notes, and track vitals without any internet access. USER-INITIATED SYNC: You remain in total control of your data workflow. The app does not sync automatically; you decide exactly when and what patient records—including multimedia files—to sync to the CARE suite once you return to a connected area. --- ENTERPRISE-GRADE SECURITY & SERVER-SIDE AUDITING --- We protect sensitive health data in the field through a rigorous, audited security framework: COMPREHENSIVE DATA PROTECTION: All data is encrypted at rest on the device and during transmission using AES-256 and TLS 1.2/1.3 protocols. This ensures end-to-end security from the point of capture in the field to our secured enterprise servers. SERVER-SIDE AUDIT LOGGING: For regulatory accountability, all clinical data entries, reads, and updates are strictly audited and logged on our secured servers upon synchronization.
