Ohana – Courier is a mobile application developed exclusively for internal use by delivery personnel working with Ohana – Bulgaria. It is designed to support and optimize the daily delivery operations across the company's active regions, including Pazardzhik, Peshtera, and nearby areas. The app plays a central role in ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment for food, groceries, flowers, and other customer purchases made through the Ohana platform. This application is intended solely for official use by Ohana employees and couriers. It is not available to the general public and does not serve customer-facing purposes. Only authorized users with valid credentials provided by Ohana – Bulgaria can access the app's features. With Ohana – Courier, couriers receive and manage their delivery tasks directly through the app. Each assignment includes complete order information, pickup and delivery addresses, customer contact details, and any special delivery instructions. Couriers can update the status of each order—such as "accepted," "picked up," "on the way," or "delivered"—to keep the system and dispatchers informed in real time.
