Record each job with the details you need Save the date, customer, job type, equipment, field or location, and a note together. Choose whether you charge by the hour, by area, or by trip. Enter the quantity and rate to calculate the job charge. For hourly work, enter hours and minutes or select start and end times; overnight work time is calculated too. Add fuel as your own operating cost, separate from the customer's bill, so you can see billed work minus fuel as net earnings. Select an area unit that fits your work, including acres, hectares, or square meters. In Farm Work Ledger statistics, choose this month, last month, this year, or a custom date range. Filter by multiple equipment items or job types, then compare billed totals, job counts, work hours, and the breakdown by job type or equipment. Set up the ledger for your operation Add equipment and rename or remove it as your fleet changes. Choose a currency and your preferred area unit. Your ledger is saved on your device, with optional manual backup to Google Drive and restore when needed. The app is available in English, Hindi, and Korean. A one-time optional purchase removes ads.
