Find customers by scanning their Offerwhere PIN QR code, entering the PIN manually, browsing your customer list, or choosing a recently selected customer. Once you’ve found them, you can check their points balance, award points, or redeem a reward. Key features: • Switch between organizations and loyalty programs • Find customers using multiple lookup options • View customers’ point balances and loyalty activity • Award points for purchases and other eligible activities • Redeem standard rewards or a custom number of points Offerwhere Business is designed for participating businesses and their authorized team members. An active Offerwhere account is required.
