Shelflo is an offline-first retail app for small shops and independent sellers. Run your whole counter (sales, stock, invoices, and customers) from your phone, with everything stored privately on the device. You don't need an account to use it. FIVE SCREENS, ONE SHOP • Today: revenue and profit at a glance, with a date range you choose. • Inventory: products, stock levels, cost and margin, low-stock alerts, and a stock-movement chart. Optional barcodes and printable QR or barcode labels. • Sales: fast tap-to-add point of sale with per-line discounts, cash/card/other payment methods, and a day summary. Scan to sell with the camera. • Invoices: direct invoices or invoices from a sale, with sequential numbering, PDF export and share, payment tracking, and accounts-receivable aging. • Customers: a simple CRM with lifetime spend, order history, and loyalty tiers. WORKS OFFLINE, BY DESIGN Your products, sales, invoices, customers and stock live in a local database on the device. The core app works with no internet connection and no sign-in. INVOICING BUILT FOR REAL SHOPS Configurable invoice numbering and format, Full and Simplified document modes, tax per line, payment terms and due dates, and clean PDF export you can save or share. PROFESSIONAL EXTRAS • Sales returns and refunds. • CSV export for products, sales, invoices and returns. • Local database backup and restore. • Three app languages: English, Dutch, and Turkish. • Configurable currency and a flexible, user-owned tax setup. OPTIONAL CLOUD SYNC (SUBSCRIPTION) An optional paid subscription adds account-based cloud sync, so your shop data is backed up and available across your devices. Payments are handled by Stripe.
