OCTA

OCTA is a modern workforce management application designed to simplify employee attendance, leave management, and workforce self-service. Employees can securely check in and check out using face recognition and location validation. The application verifies the employee's identity and confirms that attendance is being recorded from an authorized location. Face Recognition Attendance OCTA allows employees to record attendance using face recognition. This provides a convenient, touchless way to verify the employee during check-in and check-out while helping organizations reduce proxy attendance. Location Validation Employee location is validated during attendance to ensure that check-ins and check-outs are performed from an approved work location. This helps organizations maintain accurate attendance records for office, branch, project, and other authorized locations. Field Workforce OCTA supports employees who work both inside and outside the office. Field employees can record attendance and manage their work activities while visiting client locations, project sites, hospitals, or other assigned locations. Leave Management Employees can apply for leave, view available leave balances, check upcoming holidays, and track their leave requests directly from the mobile application. Attendance Regularization Employees can submit regularization requests for missed punches, field duties, site visits, or other attendance-related exceptions. Managers can review and process these requests through the application. Manager Approvals Managers and supervisors can view team attendance and manage employee requests. They can review, approve, or reject leave and attendance regularization requests from their mobile devices. Attendance History Employees can view their attendance history through a simple calendar and access check-in and check-out records. Attendance statuses such as Present, Absent, Half Day, Leave, and Holiday can be viewed conveniently. Secure Workforce Management OCTA provides controlled access to workforce information and helps organizations maintain reliable attendance records through face recognition and location validation.
