Switched - OCD Reminder Track

Did I lock the door? Turn off the oven? Switch off the lights? That loop in your head — Switched stops it cold. Create a switch for anything you tend to second-guess. Tap it when you've done the check. Done. The timestamp is saved, the status shows in your notification panel, and your brain can finally let it go. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ BUILT FOR OCD, ANXIETY & PEACE OF MIND ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Switched was designed specifically for people who need certainty — those who live with OCD, health anxiety, ADHD, or anyone who compulsively re-checks things they've already done. One glance at your notification bar tells you the truth: switched on, switched off, and exactly when. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ FEATURES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✔ Persistent notification — your switch states live in your notification panel, visible without unlocking your phone ✔ One-tap confirm — log any action the moment you do it ✔ Exact timestamps — see precisely when each switch was last flipped ✔ Full history log — review a complete record of every toggle ✔ Scheduled reminders — set switches to activate at specific times on specific days ✔ Custom switches — create unlimited entries for anything: locks, appliances, medication, routines ✔ Home screen widget — glance at your switches without even opening the app ✔ 100% offline — no internet, no account, no data sent anywhere, ever ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHO IT'S FOR ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • OCD sufferers who re-check doors, ovens, taps, and switches • Anxiety-driven compulsive checking loops • ADHD routines and task confirmation • Medication tracking and dose confirmation • Shift workers logging task completion • Anyone who needs proof, not just memory ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HOW IT WORKS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1. Create a switch — give it a name and icon (e.g. "Front Door 🔒") 2. Tap Done after you perform the physical check 3. Your notification panel updates instantly with the new status and time 4. Leave the house. Glance at your phone. Done — confirmed. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PRIVACY ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Everything stays on your device. No account required. No internet connection. No analytics, no tracking, no ads — ever. Switched works fully offline. Uninstalling removes all data completely. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ NOTE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Switched records what you report. It does not verify physical actions and is not a medical device. It is not a substitute for professional OCD or mental health treatment — please speak with a qualified professional if you need clinical support. Stop second-guessing. You already did it. Switched knows.
